Delete your account
Deleting your BetClear account removes the account and the data attached to it. This cannot be undone.
Sign in to delete your account
Sign in with the email address the account uses, then come back to this page.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in and email address.
- Your onboarding answers and recovery profile.
- Every device registered to the account — DNS filtering stops on all of them.
- Push notification tokens.
- The subscription record BetClear holds.
What is kept
- Payment records held by Stripe, Apple or Google, which tax law requires them to retain.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage counts that are not linked to you.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first — in Apple's or Google's subscription settings if you bought through the app, or in your billing settings if you paid by card — otherwise billing continues after the account is gone.
You can also delete your account in the BetClear app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you: hello@betclear.app
