Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using BetClear, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The service

BetClear provides tools to help block gambling websites on iPhone using an Apple configuration profile and encrypted DNS (DNS-over-HTTPS) against a maintained gambling blocklist.

Blocking depends on correct installation, network conditions, device settings, and the completeness of our blocklist. We do not guarantee that every gambling website, app, mirror, or workaround will always be blocked, or that protection cannot be removed or bypassed.

BetClear is not a medical, clinical, or therapeutic service and is not a substitute for professional help, counseling, or treatment for gambling harm.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and device access secure, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@betclear.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, abused the Services, or created a security or legal risk.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed according to the price, billing interval, and currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.

Removing the iPhone configuration profile ends blocking on that device but does not by itself cancel your subscription.

Impact estimates shown during onboarding are informational only and based on information you provide. They are not a guarantee of savings or outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may use BetClear only for lawful purposes and only in connection with devices and accounts you are authorized to manage.

You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise the Services, scrape the site in an abusive way, interfere with other users, or use BetClear to violate applicable law.

Intellectual property

The BetClear name, website, software, configuration profiles, blocklists, and related materials are owned by Deploy Global OÜ or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use while your subscription (where required) is active and these terms are followed.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content or blocklists except as expressly allowed by us in writing.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete blocklist coverage, or specific behavioral or financial outcomes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deploy Global OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for BetClear in the 12 months before the claim or (b) €50, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Third-party services and links

The Services rely on third parties such as Apple (device profiles), Stripe (payments), and other infrastructure providers. Their terms and policies also apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from BetClear.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel any subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
